LoveHero is a meditation program designed specifically for children. A multistage class brings awareness to the energy in the body and then focuses it during meditation. LoveHero incorporates energization, breathing and concentration all supported by a child friendly theme.​

​During each class we focus the attention on the heart and become heroes by sharing love and compassion with friends, family and the rest of the world.

Andrés Restrepo
Founder
Throughout the 10 years that Andrés has been practicing meditation, he has overcome immense challenges and has had incredible personal transformations using ancient techniques of breathing, focusing and awareness.
These experiences have driven Andrés to retire from a successful career of 15 years as a Software Engineer to create LoveHero, in order to introduce children to meditation at an early age, giving them the tools he didn’t have as a child.
